For years you have been my friends, customers and colleagues. I decided to embark on The Mountain Top for you as much for me. Over those many years I have listened and watched you in the hopes of really understanding what you wanted, what you needed, and when you needed it.
Many times I worked closely with you into the wee hours of the night, through the holidays and many, many weekends. Other times, especially over the last 18 months, I sat helplessly on the sidelines wanting to help, but unable to because of circumstances out of both our control. We have seen each other at our worst and best and never judged; always accepted.
Now, much has changed. All of you have to do more with less; less people, less money, less time. You have little time for yourselves and everything is getting more and more complicated as you strain under the pressure increased responsibility for delivering results. And yet what I admire about each of you is your ability to persevere and lead by example even in the toughest times. You haven’t let the last 18 months affect who you are and what you have to do. What an incredible commitment.
To each of you I thank you. For believing in me. For tolerating me at times. For holding me to high standards and allowing yourself to be held to the same. Your support over the past 12 years has been instrumental in my success and I hope I have helped in yours.
My commitment to you for the next 12 years (or more) is to continue to be there for you when you need me and continue to push the envelope in the work we do. Thanks.
